The instruments used were knowledge questionnaires (20 questions) and attitudes (16 questions), which were tested for validity and reliability. The study was conducted from April 17-19, 2024, with a sample of 38 ninth-grade female students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result: </em></strong><em>The average knowledge score increased from 54.87 to 86.05, with a difference of 31.18, while the average attitude score increased from 69.50 to 87.68, with a difference of 18.18. One important factor that influences satisfaction is therapeutic communication by nurses, as nurses are the health workers who interact with patients most frequently. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication by nurses and patient satisfaction levels in the inpatient ward of Hospital X. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Method:</em></strong><em> This study is quantitative research, using an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were people aged 18 years and above, with a required sample size of 85 people using purposive sampling. Data collection tools used questionnaires and data analysis in this study used the Spearman Rho test. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> The results of this study showed that the p-value was 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.457. A sample of 35 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were the Perceived Dietary Adherence Questionnaire (PDAQ) and a pre-tested booklet. This study used the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and data analysis used bivariate paired t-tests. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> The pre-test results showed that 29 respondents (82.9%) were compliant with the diet, while 6 respondents (17.1%) were non-compliant. The post-test results showed that 35 respondents (100%) were compliant with the diet. The paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05), indicating a significant difference between dietary adherence before and after the intervention. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong><em> Empowering diabetes-sensitive families has an impact on dietary compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Sedayu 2 Bantul Community Health Center work area.</em></p> Risaldi A. The study aims to examine whether the level of family support (emotional, informational, instrumental, and appraisal support) influences patients’ adherence to taking Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT).</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> This study employed an analytical quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 38 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Research instruments included a family support questionnaire and the Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS). Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-square test. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> The univariate analysis showed that family support was equally distributed between good (19 respondents, 50%) and poor (19 respondents, 50%), while medication adherence was high in 20 respondents (52.6%). The bivariate analysis yielded a p-value of 0.023 (p &lt; 0.05).</em></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence, as indicated by a p-value of 0.023 (p &lt; 0.05). Patients with good family support were more likely to demonstrate high adherence compared to those with low support. Nursing students who study away from home are vulnerable to mental health problems due to academic pressure, limited social support, and involvement in toxic relationships that negatively affect psychological well-being.</em> <em>This study aimed to analyze the relationship between toxic relationships and mental health among nursing students living away from home from the 2024 cohort at Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This study employed a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 108 nursing students living away from home, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a toxic relationship questionnaire and the Mental Health Continuum–Short Form (MHC-SF). Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>Among the respondents, 49.1% experienced toxic relationships, while 50.9% did not. The distribution of mental health status showed that 51.9% of students had low mental health, whereas 40.1% had high mental health. The chi-square test results indicated a statistically significant relationship between toxic relationships and mental health (p = 0.004). This study aims to determine the Relationship of Smoking Behavior and Alcohol Consumption with Blood Pressure in Adult Hypertension Patients in the working area of the Sei Langkai Community Health Center, Batam City 2025.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Method: </em></strong><em>This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional analytical design. The sample consisted of 80 respondents aged 30-45 years who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and sphygmomanometers, then analyzed using the chi-square test. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>The results showed that smoking behavior had a significant relationship with hypertension (p = 0.001). Alcohol consumption also showed a significant relationship (p = 0.001). </em></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong><em> The conclusion of this study is that there is a strong and significant relationship between smoking behavior and alcohol consumption with blood pressure in adult hypertension patients in the study area.</em></p> Priska Putri Meldawan Harefa Desy Desy T. The sample consisted of 32 students selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used were the self-control questionnaire from Arfian (2021) and the Work Unit for emotional regulation psychoeducation. Data analysis used the McNemar test to analyze the influence of both variables<em>.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result: </em></strong>The results showed that before receiving emotional regulation psychoeducation, 23 (71.9%) adolescents had poor self-control and 9 (28.1%) had good self-control. After receiving emotional regulation psychoeducation, 30 (93.8%) adolescents had good self-control and 2 (6.3%) had poor self-control. The results of the bivariate analysis using the McNemar test showed a p-value (0.000) &lt;α (0.05). Thus, there is a significant effect of emotional regulation psychoeducation on self-control in vocational high schools.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> There was a significant effect of emotional regulation psychoeducation on adolescents’ self-kontrol in vocational high schools. The sample was 70 parents who had children aged 0-59 months. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out from 10 September to 10 October 2025. </em><em>The instrument used was a questionnaire on the characteristics and roles of posyandu cadres, and the data was analyzed univariately.</em></p> <p><em><strong>Result:</strong></em><em> The majority of 65 (92.9%) respondents stated that the role of cadres in monitoring children's growth and development was good. 50 (71.4%) respondents stated that cadres provided education to parents. 46 (65.7%) respondents stated that cadres monitored breastfeeding and MP-ASI well. 46 (65.7%) respondents stated that cadres monitored the health of pregnant and postpartum women well.</em></p> <p><em><strong>Conclusion:</strong></em> <em>The role of posyandu cadres is mostly good in preventing stunting in children aged 0-59 months. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 70 respondents undergoing chemotherapy. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The study used a questionnaire to measure age characteristics, including early adulthood and middle adulthood by Hurlock, and anxiety levels using the HARS questionnaire. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Results </em></strong><em>: The study showed that the majority of respondents were aged ≥36 (70.0%), and the majority experienced severe anxiety (65.7%). Statistical tests revealed a significant relationship between age and anxiety in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy (p = 0.000).</em></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion </em></strong><em>: There is a relationship between age and anxiety in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The sample consisted of 114 final-semester nursing students at ITSK Dr. Soepraoen Hospital Malang, selected using stratified random sampling. Instruments included the Family Support Scale (FLS) questionnaire and Hamzah B. Uno's Theory. Data analysis was performed using the fisher test to identify the relationship between the two variables.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result: </em></strong><em>Most students indicated instrumental support (35.09%), and 47.37% indicated learning motivation as a path to achieving future goals. The fisher test showed a significant relationship between family support and nursing students' learning motivation (p-value 0.0001). The higher the family support, the greater the students' learning motivation.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion: </em></strong><em>There is a significant relationship between family support and learning motivation in final-semester nursing students at ITSK Dr. Soepraoen Hospital, Malang.
